ROOM RATES QUOTED
Hôtel du Vin rates are priced per room, per night and are valid at the time of booking.

Our rates include breakfast, an in-room coffee station, complimentary bathroom amenities, and 15% VAT.

We highly recommend booking lunch and/or dinner at Café du Vin in advance with us.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
To make a reservation that was not booked online, we kindly request a written request. Following this, we will send a confirmation of the reservation via email.

It is important to note that once the reservation is confirmed and payment is received,

you will be responsible for any cancellation fees.

DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
To secure your reservations, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount due.

The remaining balance should be paid at least 7 days before your arrival.

The final balance payment is due 1 week prior to your arrival.

If your reservation is made within 4 weeks of your arrival, we require the full and final payment to be made upon confirmation.

Bookings not secured with payment or deposit
Provisional bookings will remain valid for a period of 48 hours.

In the event that a deposit payment is not received in writing, Hôtel du Vin will reach out to you through written communication.

If no response is received from you within the specified time frame, Hôtel du Vin reserves the right to cancel the provisional booking.

Rest assured; we will promptly notify you in writing should such circumstances arise.

CANCELLATIONS
– Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the full booking value.
– Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on the full booking value.
– Group bookings are subject to a minimum of 20% cancellation fee.
– Group bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
– These conditions apply regardless of whether a deposit has been paid or credit card details have been provided.
– Refunds will only be processed in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
– Cancellation fees will be charged to the provided credit card details.
– For your safety, please note that telephonic cancellations are not accepted.  All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

TRANSFERS TO/FROM HÔTEL DU VIN
For road transfer requests, kindly contact our reservations office. We are pleased to arrange road transfers upon request, subject to an additional charge.

CHILDREN
We strive to provide an unparalleled experience tailored to the desires of our discerning adult guests by welcoming hotel guests over the age of 16 only, and guests between 16 and 18 years only when traveling together with their parents.

• Don`t miss out on our Winemakers`s Dinners, presented by renowned winemakers and our Executive Chef Ahmed Balogun

CHECK-IN/OUT
The check-in time is at 14:00, and the check-out time is between 07:00 and 11:00.

Please note that early arrivals and late departures are subject to room availability and may incur an additional cost.
